Drawing

In our catch up sessions we will practice drawing from found objects and learn how to set up still life. Using mediums such as pencil, charcoal, chalk pastels, pen and ink, oil pastels and watercolour pencils to:-

​

- Convey form and depth.

- Perspective, measuring proportion and scale.

- Create texture through line and mark making techniques.

- Convey form through cross-hatching, stippling, finger blending and hatching.

 

We will also look at modern and contemporary artists and illustrators such as Vicki Ling, Damian Goiditch and Hom Nguyen and Salifou Lindou.
