What you'll learn:-

• How to make your own hand-cut stencils 

• Textures - an introduction to the myriad of materials you can use to create prints from. From handmade stamps to textured wallpapers, doilies and even kitchen utensils!

• Printing from botanical leaves and plants

• Photo transfer from magazines, as well as your own photos

• Metallic foils, paint pens and gel pens, how to enhance your final piece and working back into your prints.

 

All materials will be supplied - gel printing plate, brayer, acrylic paints and various papers... copy/cartridge, tissue paper, etc.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn more about gel plate printing and loves

to experiment with new techniques to further their creative ideas. Suitable for both beginners and more intermediate artists.
